Location was great, close to many attractions and easy to get to. Availability of laundry facilities.

Bathrooms were old and the need to go up the stairs. The level where the room was located was not in the information.

Was great value for money; better than I expected.

The convenience of the location to beautiful shoal bay. The beds were comfortable.

The property needed a good all over clean! Dirty drawers, dishwasher still had food in it, dryer and washing machine had lint and sand through them previous people never read signs!! Floor needed a good scrub and wash. Windows and window sills needed cleaning too!!The air con was not working for the duration of our stay but we were notified only two days before. We were given a portable air con and numerous fans which did help! Appliances needed updating. Fridge was leaking and not real cold!

The location was great, but as the unit was at the back of the property, the outlook was pretty depressing looking at the car park, other buildings and electricity cables.

The property management. Sooooooo many emails for something so simple. Face to face contact with them when picking up the keys wasn’t particularly pleasant either.
