It was basic but clean & comfortable. Decent kitchenette area in single room layout.

Well, for what I was paying (cheaper end) it was fine - only niggle was signage off the road not the best to see!

Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Very attentive host- Itza is a gem! Rooms are clean, comfortable- loved the kitchen! Tucked away- felt safe and secure but very close to main road/businesses.

WiFi is slow- if you have work you need to do online- you may not be able to complete it.

Good value for money. Clean. Nice shower.

Parc national fermé car il avait trop mouillé la veille avec fort vents, vraiment déçu. Pizzeria y restautante el Barrigon, vraiment bon !

This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. The owner of this property is very sweet. The area is loud, close to the road and constantly hearing traffic. The cabin type room has a large portable fan which was great. Shower works well. Good stay for 1 night.

Great place to stay! Check in was a bit confusing, but our place was great! The place was clean, had a fridge, coffee, and an huge bathroom! Unfortunately, the warm water wasn’t working so we took cold showers. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend, as the location is right next to a busy road.
