The Addison on Amelia

The room was very clean and nice. The service was great.

The Addison is everything that a B&B should be! Lisa and Ron are relaxed hosts and offer a comfortable welcoming atmosphere. The Addison is ideally located so we could enjoy the town, walking everywhere, as well as the beach and greenway. We will be back!

The only recommendation for change would be the breakfast offering. Quality of the offering was marginal for the price being paid

We had a lovely stay! The inn itself is clean and well-maintained. I felt like I was stepping back in time. Lisa and Ron are excellent hosts, and their pup Molly is so sweet. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcome. Guests were gathered in the front room for happy hour, which added a festive feeling to our New Year's Eve. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable - we enjoyed the (seasonal) use of the fireplace, as it got quite cold the evening of our stay. Amenities are plentiful - we wished we could have stayed for breakfast as it looked just wonderful. If you stay here, you are very close to historical Center Street and can easily walk to the myriad shops and restaurants. Will absolutely stay here again, hopefully longer!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Addison. The B and B is beautifully decorated and Lisa and Ron were friendly, knowledge and accommodating. The location is ideally situated for walking to all parts of Fernandina Beach. Lisa provided delicious breakfasts and the happy hour was a great way to mingle with other guests.

Location was perfect. Never visited Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. The small village is charming with many small shops. It's easy to walk or bike around. Lisa and Ron were great innkeepers. She suggested Amelia Tavern for a good burger. Breakfast was incredible!

Excellent experience. The Addison is a great place to stay. It was clean and the breakfasts were very tasty. There was a dining room but we ate outside on a porch. They even provide for beach needs like chairs and umbrellas. The Inn is about 4 walking blocks from the shopping and restaurant district. One note-some of the bedrooms are upstairs with no elevator. We are already planning a return trip.

Everything was wonderful. the Inn keepers are super friendly and such wonderful hosts. The house is lovely and the gardens were beautiful. Meals and refreshments were a fun time and good food. what more can I say?
