"Great location. Owner has let the place go."

Location

Air con didn’t work, top floor was extremely hot. Owner is clearly too cheap to pay to get fixed and for electricity. Spider webs are all around the balcony, the windows are so dirty it ruins the view. Things are just dated and need updating. Like the couch.

"Relaxing and enjoyable."

View was amazing. Weather was great. Unit was clean and pleasant. Comfy bed.

Crockery and cutlery need some new additions! No dessert spoons provided, just soup spoons or teaspoons. Reasonable quality cups and saucers would be nice.

"Relaxing"

The location & view is magnificent. Cannot get better in Shoal Bay. Unit was clean & tidy.

Lounge could do with repair or replacement (its ripped & worn) not a good look. Beds could do with an upgrade of mattresses. Car parking space was too small. Only being given one key was a bit of a problem.

Location and amenities Cleanliness of unit (apart from the oven, which we didn't end up using anyway )

Was a bit confused about the manchester requirements - did we need to bring our own pillows and sheets and towels (which we did anyway)?.
