Excellent location, close to the beach and the main sidewalk. Full of options for shopping, eating and walking around. Although it doesn't have a direct view to the sea, it is close enough to have a pleasant view of the nearby square.

Run out of toilet paper. The condition of the wall in the shower room is odd: I've never seen a fiberglass wall covering the tubing! Cleaning wasn't good as well: the walls in the toilet were dirty (I had to clean it myself). The filter over the cooktop is greasy. Cleaning of the fan and the filter of the air condition is poor: they are covered with dust. The condition lead to an allergy induced sore throat in the middle of the night. The sheets of the bed had some stains: either give it an appropriate cleaning or replace. Pillows are old and warn. Needs replacement. The mentioned couch that would turn into a bed is made of two pieces of foam that are binded by the leather cover. Unfit for more than one night of sleep. It has nothing that one could call a pillow. Either replace by a proper couch, or don't mention it in the facilities.
