Lots to do

Asked for clean towels from 8am to 7pm , a total of 7 times. Finally got some at 7pm. This happened on our last stay also. Housekeeping I or the lack thereof is their only downfall

"Decent Casino but some things could improve."

Hotel is nice and kept up. Enjoyed a little gaming and looking at everything. Service everywhere was good. Enjoyed the coffee shop and looking at the gators.

When calling to confirm reservation the lady that answered was not very customer service friendly. Also I was confused on how it's advertised on social media on decorations in room upon request but was told on phone that the company doesn't do that. Disappointed that the buffet isn't opened during the week and the food at the restaurants were expensive for what you get in portion sizes. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the AC didn't put out enough cold air and the tub was too high for me to climb in to shower. I know nothing can be done about the shower of course.
