This apartment is well located a very short walk from North Ryde Metro Station. The owner/manager sent very clear instructions on finding the apartment. The apartment is brand new and in good condition. It was also well cleaned. The decor is minimal and it was adequately, but sparsely, furnished and equipped. As far as I could tell, there is little in the way of dining options in the neighborhood and no grocery/convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, the apartment suited my needs and is highly recommended if you are visiting the area,
