Nice studio, but would have liked separate bed area (mistakenly thought was a flat). Ideal location. Very clean & all that you need. Would have liked a window. Only sky light windows & kitchen window onto public landing. Nice decor.

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were great.

The owner was brilliant, the apartment was beautiful clean and was so homely. I cannot express how good this place is! One of the best places I have stayed

The property was fine - no complaints. The check in process - or, lack thereof - was terrible. We arrived during check in hours which are 4-8pm to a sign on the door - "do not knock on door"; call number supplied by your agent". We were not provided a number via Expedia and we could not find a reliable number via the internet. Out of frustration, we knocked (loudly!) on the door and a service person quickly presented. Although kind, the person did little more than hand us keys to our WRONG room. Need to seriously improve the check in process.

Great location as it was right in the centre of town and a perfect venue for families. Spacious and all the amenities you need. Would definitely recommend to others.

Tolle Unterkunft an hervorragender Lage. Check-in war schwierig und hat nur mit viel Glück funktioniert.

Lovely apartment. More like an Airbnb than a hotel. The location is excellent to get around to the major sights but can be noisy at night.

A little gem - the gardens are picturesque- the manor itself was built in the 1500’s and has maintained all its charm. Highly recommend
