"Disappointing room"

Shabby rooms. Electrics shot. No windows. Shank of smoke which drifts up from internal area. Needs a refurb.

"Excellent"

No hay ascensor, los muebles son un poco anticuados y no hay la mejor cama dcl mundo, aunque calidad precio no puedes pedir más. No es un hostal para ir con niños pero está muy centrico así que es perfecto si vas a pasar una noche o si estás de paso por Puigcerdà (como fue nuestro caso)

Habitación correcta para pasar la noche, la cama era cómoda y el baño estaba recien reformado. La única pega es que se escuchan bastante los ruidos de fuera.

Réservation encaissée et acceptée par l’hotel à 22:00 ... Appel pour confirmer une arrivée tardive. Réception : parle seulement espagnol ni anglais ni italien ni allemand ni français... Pour tomber sur personne à l’arrivée et ne pouvoir dormir...

"Muy buena ubicación"

Es un hostal asequible y en el centro de Puigcerdà. Lo mejor, la ubicación. El baño estaba reformado y estaba en buen estado. No escuchamos ruido de otras habitaciones, lo cual fue muy positivo. Hay que tener en cuenta que no es fácil aparcar muy cerca, ya que se encuentra en una zona peatonal. No tiene ascensor, aunque no fue un problema para nosotras.

Payment of towels, small and dirty bathroom. Heater open at 7 pm and closing not sure what time but we were quite cold in
