The front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. The have great access to excursions and are knowledgeable about the city. Their Made to order breakfasts are another plus.

We had issues with the front desk. After we had checked in, they told us that we have to pay in cash only (I wasn't traveling with an ATM card as I charge everything, only have a little cash from previous trips) because their card reader wasn't working. We made it clear that we we couldn't. It was working by the time we checked out, but then without asking "for our convenience" they converted ₹ to the currency of my passport, even though my card is in ₹. And they tacked on a 5% convenience fee that they pocket while the charge was converted back to rupees to hit my bank. That was not the deal we had here on Hotels.com. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling, Location is close the the middle of the ghats. But it is a little walk from the closest point an Uber can get you to the location.

Good location, close to the main ghat. Staff meet you to bring your bags back to hotel as cars cant get there. Friendly staff. No restaurant but can get room service from a nearly restaurant.

I had to move hotels because it was too cold to sleep at night. I had to wear my clothes and jacket.

Centrally locates, staff is very helpful. Cute rooms, free light breakfast.

If you try to access this property by car, (access by foot only) forget about it. This hotel is close to the famous Ghaats of Varanasi and although it doesn’t have a view of the river Ganga, it is very close to the main market and The property is clean and well very maintained. Beds were comfortable, the place smelt lovely and the washrooms were excellent!

Provides a lovely feel of the old world charm of Varanasi and modern lifestyle. Right in the heart of 'Kashi' with Dashashwamedh ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple at walking distance. And never the less a world of eateries in the vicinity providing you the best of Varanasi. The rooms are worth every penny. Cozy, well styled, and extremy clean. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Do not except much at hotel though with respect to food. All they provide is breakfast that is limited to Tea/Coffee, Omlette, Toast, and fruits. But you don't really need it anyway given the options around.

The staff was really nice, but the front desk person sent us on a wild goose chase when we asked him about somewhere we wanted to go. By the time we backtracked from where he originally sent us, the place was closed. Make sure you call the hotel when you are arriving, Uber cannot drop you at the front door as it is in a small alley. The location was good to see the main Ghats.

Apart from being in the most central location, the hotel is an oasis of luxury. The rooms are excellent and the quality of amenities is very good too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this place.
