NAIA Apart Hotel Miraflores

The location is very nice. The security guys are also extremely nice and helpful.

Front desk ladies are very rude and incapable. Cleanings also do not come and clean rooms.

Amplo, muito bem localizado. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos . Apto com 2 quartos/ suítes , uma ampla sala e cozinha grande, equipada com o essencial.

O quarto principal não tinha ar no quarto, somente na sala.

Staff very kind and available. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a very good and quiet position.

Good location, we stayed in the apartment which she gave us extra space. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean.

The floors were so dirty, if you took two steps across the floor in socks the bottom would turn black. The bathroom didn’t feel clean, and the toilet barely flushed. Very noisy from the street.

Having a full apartment living... i was in a brand new unit.. I was the first owner!!! Breakfast was very good! Staff could not be more helpful!!

Some floors were under construction remodel, so there was noise, but I wasn't there much in the daytime. But the workers were very pleasant.

El trato del recepcionista Kevin, muy déspota, mal trato, nada atento, parece que te estaría haciendo el favor de atenderte..., encima a propósito nos daba precios de la habitaciones que no eran cuando quisimos cambiarnos y no daba ninguna solución en el momento
