Excellent staff who accommodated our late arrival (due to bus delays) without any hassle. Staff also allowed us to store luggage for free after checking out, then use the facilities (toilets, WiFi) from early evening until our night bus.

Very basic breakfast comprising bread and hot water (with tea bags). For fairness and comparisons, I left all my Peru reviews until departing the country. It was by far the most basic breakfast; almost all others included fruit, fruit juice and/or eggs. No hot water. The place is a bit rundown and could do with some renovations.

The entrance gate is closed at night and if the frontdesk isn't there...in case of fire/eartquake it can be ....

An owner's friend collected us at the bus station. There is a nice terrace, the neighborhood is calm. The staff was nice and helpful and we could leave our backpacks for the whole leaving day for free. They also provide tours for reasonable prices.

The room was really hot even with the fan running all night. There is only a handful of power sockets in the room. It's possible to pay by card but with 5% commission. The free breakfast was really small (two buns, bit of jam and butter and coffee) and we had to go for another one.

Nothing good, stay far away from them

There is no words to describe this place… small rooms with no windows, really hot inside, poor breakfast. There were cockroaches walking on corridor or not even walking but eating something and when I told stuff they didn’t even care.. and cherry on a cake - stuff watching tv super loud even at night and one night we woke up because lady from reception was talking with someone on the phone. She was super loud and screaming!! I went to her once to tell her to be quiet, we want to sleep. I was polite and she didn’t even care.. she continued.. so I went again and said lady.. we want to sleep, what’s wrong with you? She went on the street and close herself there so I can’t leave hotel and she called me “merda” so I closed door since she was outside and suddenly it was quite for some time.. they are disrespectful and they treat you like they give you a favour to stay there..

The wi-fi very poor. The shower had no hot water .. breakfast was not good I expect more than a roll of bread. Rooms were not cleaned daily, they didn't even ask if we wanted our bin emptying. It's a hot place, there was no fan in the room, we had to ask for one, they gave us a dusty one out of a storage room. It worked fine but we had to turn it off in the day time

The communications was clear,we been waiting in bus terminal by staff member and he help us with direction, the place is super close to center and tree blocks away from Cruz del Sur terminal...staff super friendly but no English only Spanish

Noisy in the night, no many extras in the room but for the price and location is very good.
