Clean room, dedicated parking, very helpful staff

Its a room in a 3 bhk flat, with cook making alot of noise in hall/kitchen. This establishment is PG first hotel second with pg like stay Families stay away!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about this stay. The overall experience was very disappointing.

The overall experience was very disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and the service was extremely poor. The room did not even have a proper toilet seat when we checked in. After we complained, they simply placed another loose toilet seat instead of fixing it properly. Basic toiletries were not provided properly, and when we asked for toothpaste, the staff gave us a used toothpaste tube, which was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The property also mentioned free breakfast during booking, but later refused to provide it and asked us to pay extra. The cleanliness, hospitality, and overall maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend this property to others.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hitech Shilparamam Guest House. The hospitality was exceptional and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel very relaxing after a long day. The location is also very convenient, especially for anyone visiting the Hitech City area. Overall, the service and warmth of the team made the experience truly memorable.

There was nothing major to dislike. A slightly faster room service response and a few more food options would make the experience even better.
