Breakfast was very poorly served. There was no eggs and no cheese when we got there an hour and half before it closes. No one came in to check on the buffet. No one was available to help.

"Good hotel outside of the city center"

Very good 2-night stay. The staff were very pleasant and most helpful. The room was very nice--spacious, quiet and clean. The hotel changed names after I booked, yet no notice from Hotels.com about this to me. Also, GPS had trouble locating the address, so it was tricky to find the hotel at first, but otherwise not really a problem. Good breakfast buffet. Just across the street from the bus station from where you can travel directly to the Strasbourg main train station. Would be happy to stay here again!

Tout est très bien. La porte coulissante de la salle de bains pourrait pourrait être moins bruyante lors des manipulations si il y avait des petites buttées en caoutchouc sur le montant de la porte…mais C un détail.
