"Is this hotel run by robots?"

Lovely room. Spacious clean and comfortable. Food was good

The staff were very practised in their speeches. All delivered monotone. No interaction with us, no humour. Good for a business trip, but not what you want when on holiday. And not what I received at the other 6 hotels on this trip, 2 of them also 5* hotels. The man showing us around his room checked himself in every mirror.
