All the necessary facilities there when you arrive. Clean room and ensuite bathroom. In a central location of town.

Very comfortable stay, and friendly , welcoming host.

Went the extra mile for the breakfast. May travelling partner is Gluten intolerant. They provided Gluten free products for his breakfast. Room and Bathroom very clean and tidy.

The room was clean.

I didn’t know breakfast wasn’t until 8.30 and I wanted to ask if I could possibly have it at 8am as I was going out at 8.45 but there was no one around, I rang the bell which wasn’t answered so I sent a text which wasn’t answered till the next morning. I was then told no breakfast had been arranged as I had said I was checking out early and didn’t want breakfast. This was not the case, I didn’t say anything about leaving early. I went out to find breakfast and said I would be back at 10am to get my things (checkout was 10.30). I was told my things would be in the dining room as the proprietor was going out at 10. I went early and collected my things from my room. Still didn’t see anyone.

Room was very clean, shower was nice and hot, it had everything I needed for a brief stay. Very close to where I needed to be, easy parking, lovely and very friendly and welcoming landlady.

Room was not cramped but "cosy", and got a bit cold overnight, but thankfully there was an electric heater I plugged in the next day.

Location is pretty good. Bed was comfy.

Street parking, limited, even in January. There is a teeny-tiny loo/shower, and the sink is in the small bedroom. The bedside lamp didn't work. The only member of staff we saw was stoned.

Felt a bit tired and the water temperature in the shower fluctuated
