"A perfect guest house in Torquay"

The location and amble parking makes the Lawnswood a perfect guest house in Torquay. Karen meet me with a very warm and happy smile, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast set me up for the day ahead.

it had everything i needed! bed, bathroom etc, and was nearby shops and a 10 min walk from the beach! i also like the kettle station :)

shower is very small but still does the job!

"theater trip"

Karen gave us a great welcome even as she was now well we found out later she had to take to her bed . it was great there a gentle walk to town and sea front, plenty of places to eat only 5 minutes away social club next door all welcome. parking wasn't a problem,had no complaints with this gues house. will definitely be going back and would recommend this property .
