Perugino Apartments

We only spent one night, so we did not really use the apartment except for sleeping. The bed was comfortable. The apartment seemed stuffy. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. There was no kettle. When I asked the owner, she replied that "people keep breaking them, so use a pan to boil water." However, she was very helpful overall with instructions on entering the apartment ( code for gate to complex, code to get into building and code for lockbox to find apartment key), and we were lucky that a neighbor on the floor above helped us, otherwise I think it would have been a little difficult to get in. The owner was also very helpful with instructions on getting to and from the airport. It is a short walk to the local station , one stop on the FL1 train. The cost is high, the same as going all the way from Rome to the airport. She kindly ordered us a taxi to get to Ostia Antica from the apartment. About 35 Euros, but well worth the visit on our last afternoon in Italy before a morning flight back to the USA.

It's a bit hard to find, probably a better choice for those traveling with a car.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The strategic location was within walking distance from a big shopping centre and the train station (10 mins ride to Fiumicino airport, 25 mins ride to Rome city) The host was very informative, responsive and super kind. Would definitely stay here again.

The building is very close to supermarket and railway, bus stops. Very close to Fiumicino airport with car. The owner is VERY friendly and caring.

The apartment is not suitable for longer than 2 nights for 5 people. The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable. In shower the water runs very poorly and is hard to have a good shower.

So, best bed so far on our stay in Italy We literally wanna strap her bed to the roof of our rental car as we leave Her attention to detail was amazing - the entire apartment is decorated so beautiful and use of space was exceptional. Absolutely loved the apartment.

I only didn't realize the location versus the area in Fiumicino main area that you can walk with cafes and small shops. Definitely need to have a rental car or know how to use bus and/or train to airport even though a 13min drive away.

Poor water flow in the shower

She was so kind to leave a little milk in the fridge and some coffee. Her decorations are beautiful. Good location for travellers.

AC in living room was not really cooling the room but the bedroom AC was really very very cool, so if we had known to leave the bedroom door open we would have all been a little cooler in the living room. Sofa bed made a lot of noise but was quite comfortable. Main bedroom bed was super super comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay. Host was amazing.
