"Exactly what we needed after a long, late flight."

it was just what we needed after a long, late flight. 5 minutes from the airport, clean, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. Ilaria is super nice and responsive.

Very nice bright apartment, very clean and modern, 10 min from the airport. The self check in was very smooth, owner was always available and help us with the taxi on early flight. We definitely recommend this apartment.

"Amazing ownership!"

The owner was amazingly helpful and supportive. We booked last minute, and they quickly accommodated our request for early check-in. They were wonderfully helpful with arranging transportation needed for our checkout day. They were truly excellent. Highly recommend!

The ac could have been colder. However, we're used to ice-cold homes coming from Texas (USA) and it was unseasonably warm.

"Perfect."

Illaria our host was wonderful. She was always accessible and she provided great advice as to transportation and shopping. There is a very nice shopping mall within a short walking distance to the apartment. Also, the train station is within a short walking distance. Illaria arranged for a van to pick us up at 4:00 am to get to FCO. This was before the trains were running and we had 5 adults and a five year old with lots of luggage. Our overall experience was amazing and we look forward to our next trip to Rome.

Everything was perfect and Illaria was wonderful.

"Great place to stay with a family before heading to the airport."

The host was very responsive and helped us with questions, even after business hours. Nice sunset view, close to shopping and train. We stayed here before getting on an morning flight because we had 5 people which would require 2 hotel rooms if we stayed in a hotel. This was more economical for us and more conducive to keeping the family together to enjoy our last day of vacation together.

We were unlucky to be there when the wi-fi was not working. It was an external problem and we were notified before we arrived. Our teens didn’t like being without it. Also when we used 2 AC’s and the oven it blew the electricity and we had to get directions to go flip the circuit breaker.
