Room was ok

Didn't like the beetles running everywhere, killed at least 10, some got away, was told it is normal, not what we expected especially for that money

The cottage had everything we needed, was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and always reachable.

It was a bit outside of the center and difficult to reach with public transportation, but we should checked that before booking. Even though we knew that we'll have many tiny "friends" in the cottage, sometimes there were a bit too many whom we accompanied outside.

Location was very quite. We were self catering.

Everything was good

It is a studio rather than a cottage. The price is high regarding with the quality.

Great room, facilities and location just off the A12 but with no traffic noise. We found several beaches easily within half an hour by car, as well as everything we needed shop-wise. Lovely to have bread, milk and spreads included and ready when we arrived. Thanks to Sasha for meeting us as we arrived.

We loved everything about our room - clear instructions for everything we needed, and what was expected on check out.

The apartments were very comfortable we stayed in three: one accessible, one family and a couples one, the family one had a kitchen large enough for 6 people to eat and also a garden table. The WiFi was great with multiple video calls home at the same time. Everyone complemented on how large and comfortable the beds were. We found the location ideal for our trip very close to Snape Maltings, Sutton Hoo and the beach. Also saw it was just off the A12 thought traffic noise would be a problem but could barely hear it outside let alone in the apartments

Spacious comfortable very quiet good outlook to gardens Helpful resources of milk tea coffee bread jams butters. Good selection of kitchenware.

Mostly very clean except for dust on bedroom clock and bedside lights. Was kept awake and woken by bright green light on fusebox on wall adjacent to bed. Had to drape cloth on it to dim it as it lit up the room. I was upset not to be able to use the charging point for my EV as I hadn’t got a 3-point plug.

Excellent location for us. Very friendly host and attractive apartment.
