Residencia Tropical Don Bonito

It is a small boutique hotel in a quiet area but still walkable to the north side restaurants. There is a new cafe on site for coffee and a few breakfast items. It is modern and clean.

Beautiful little hotel. The property was very secure and felt very safe. So aesthetically pleasing - both the room and common areas. The pool is amazing! Loved the room. We visited when it was vey hot and humid and the room was so nice and cool. AC worked so well. Check in and out was easy. We got in late and someone was there to let us in even though they weren’t technically open. It was a great stay overall.

Don Bonito is situated in a quieter location than the main town plaza of sayulita, never the less, it is surrounded by shops and restaurants which could be considered the hidden gem and secret part of sayulita. The room itself was cozy, spacious, and clean. The hotel is still under construction so the cafe and bar weren't open during our stay but the location is near many more cafes and the beach! Only recommendation would be for the hotel to invest in nicer amenities. The towels were shedding and some of the small requests we had - cups, better access to filtered water, etc - were unavailable.

1 block from the best part of the beach in sayulita. Comfortable bed, cold ac, hot water, great price. All you can ask for.

Loved this hotel and the location. Little outside of town which make it very quiet to sleep but close enough to enjoy the town at the same time. The staff was friendly, welcoming and assisted us in all our requests! A few items missing in the room in my opinion: fridge or cooler would be nice, hairdryer and cotton/qtips in the bathroom.

Amazing hotel totally recomended people was really kind, the room was perfect clean every day and it had everything you need to enjoy your stay

It was amazing, sparkling clean, the climate control was incrtedible, the bed really comfy, I really recomend this place, it has great room decoration and architecture, they offered free bottles of water, hotel acces really easy to do and is really close to the beach!!

Super cute and comfy! Only negative comment I have is that the shower does not drain very well.

Don Bonito was such a gem. Natalia the co owner of the restaurant was communicative before our arrival to ensure an easy check in. She was also very responsive when we messaged her throughout our stay. Our room was incredible and the whole decor and architecture of the hotel is phenomenal. It felt like we were in our own little hide away. The pool is perfect sized and salt water. The hotel is eco friendly. They even pick up, wash, fold, and return your laundry. Perfectly located- a 5 minute walk to the center of town.
