There are two ways to get to the hotel: One is through Tolu-Sucre. Boats leave daily at 8:30 AM; the other way is through Cartagena; In order to get the tickets from Cartagena to the hotel, you have to reserve and buy the tickets through a boat service provider that the property will provide once they confirm your reservation. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval and Additional charges of 80.000COP per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Hermosos un lugar paradisíaco

No me gustó q hay clavos afuera en algunas de las instalaciones q son de madera así q son un peligro para las personas q andamos descalzas e incluso con chanclas y me tropezaba con esos clavos q están afuera de igual manera hacerle mantenimiento a todo en general se ven muchas tablas despegadas

La atención y comida de Felipe son lo máximo, todo el personal super formal, las instalaciones son muy buenas.

Les recomiendo instalar un espejo de cuerpo completo en la habitación
