Hotel Edit Yokohama

The room is very small, the hotel is very old and outdated, they out me on 4th, although I requested higher floor. The amenities are horrible, 1 thin towels and 1 small towel the small one had blood on it, how expensive the towels are in Japan? There was only one trash can in the bathroom, very small trash can near the bed, which can not accommodated any trash since it was too small. TV has only Japanese Chanel, I would not come back. I should have kept my plan with APA hotel and resort in Bay Tower, just want to try this hotel out for one night and regretted. This hotel was more expensive than APA hotel and resort, but the room standard was not low comparing to APA.

Good location.

Location was good & Friendly staff. Only complaint is that our room was too warm. We had trouble operating the air conditioning.

This hotel is so clean and staff service is helpful. The location is so easy for shopping and eating. I like this hotel!

great location. We went on a cruise and the hotel is about 1 mile from the cruise port. We rolled our suitcases to the hotel because the line for the taxis was long. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. Lots of places to eat are nearby and we used nearby bus stops and subway to travel and go to Narita airport. Front desk speaks English and is very helpful. They stored our luggage until check-in.

Nice cozy hotel within 2 min walking distance to train stations and 10 min to core tourist attractions and local area.

Conveniently located hotel in one of the best areas of Yokohama. Room is compact with all the necessary amenities. It is comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Got the double room.The property looked older than the photos.Bathroom was older- yellowish and narrow type. Smelled of stale water that lingered. Clean nonetheless. For the price, can't complain much but the place is older than pictured. Staff spoke reasonable English and were attentive, dynamic, helpful and polite. No safe in room. Hallways was dark. Walls had marks on them.
