Nothing actually. One staff said something the other one contradicted. The behaviour was very arrogant.

Staff behaviour

There was no parking space so I had to park my car in common parking and pay charge of 200 rs for overnight parking.

Food at restaurant was only a positive but rest all was disappointing

The Vynkatesh Pure Veg Hotel is 2 star hotel/restaurant located in the busy market area of Mahabaleshwar. Despite the location the hotel is quiet yet conveniently located for the town’s numerous facilities. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean with a powerful hot shower (7-11am only). The staff are helpful and obliging. The tasty reasonably priced Indian breakfast buffet is rotated daily to avoid repetition. The staff are helpful and arranged a full day tour of the local area with a taxi driver.

The manager is a rather direct brusque character who will ‘encourage’ you to give a 5 star review by asking for your ‘phone at checkout to ensure that you comply.

Rooms are good but you have to travel through zigzag stairs behavior of front line staff is rude , and above all you cannot reach hotel through two wheeler/four wheeler roads are too congested . It is better to stay in any other hotel or in panchgani which is much more better than mahabaleshwar.

Only complimentary breakfast but for this there is also zigzag stairs down and up

Very good and polite staff. Clean rooms and best cab facility for sightseeing.
