Lititz Springs Inn

I didn’t realize that they do not have an elevator. I asked to have my room cleaned. I followed directions on card on wall. Left card on bed pillow to change sheets and put used towels on bathroom floor as directed to by card. My bed was made but the bathroom towels were left on floor. Never cleaned bathroom or changed towels.

The hotel was extremely clean. It was in an excellent area with access to restaurants within walking distance. We'd stay there again.

Really cool building. Surrounding area is really charming as well. I had a late check in and the staff was super accommodating and informative.

We just hosted a rehearsal dinner in one of the smaller event spaces at the Lititz Springs Inn and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything exceeded our expectations - the food (the food!!!), the room, the table settings, our dedicated server Katie's attention to detail and service, and the wonderful communication and organization provided by Events Manager Jeff Merk. We were thrilled with the entire evening. Highly recommend this venue for any need you might have.

Quiet and comfortable hotel. Has a bar and restaurant attached, with outdoor seating.

Room nice people kind. Only trouble was no elevator.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and would go back again. The staff at the front desk and restaurant went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the third floor and appreciated having a kitchen area. Lititz is a lovely town, and the hotel is in a great location.

I’m a frequent flyer to this great inn. Accommodations are charming on the second floor. Antique pieces in rooms with modern conveniences. Love the vibe with an authentic British Pub on site.

We had a reservation complication. The error was on my end. The hotel was more than accommodating and immediately did their best to work it out. We had a wonderful experience!
