Everything was perfect go carts were amazing for the kids

Overall an extremely good relaxing few days away! Cabins were great, Staff were very friendly and very good facilities for the kids so they were never bored. The walks were lovely and just long enough for kids to walk.

Disappointed that soft play only opened at weekends, not sure if this is due to being off season. All the games in the games room were not all working. The sofas in the cabins could also do with being upgraded as you could not sit for long periods in the evening without becoming uncomfortable. Another downside was seeing the poor Shetland pony and donkey, their hooves are extremely overgrown and the pony appears in pain when walking. They definitely need tended to.

Stayed in a chalet.... very clean and very well equipped for cooking for ourselves etc. Rooms were a decent size but bunk beds weren't overly comfortable.

I wouldn't call it an animal farm if I'm honest. It was a sorrowful sight....the only animals that looked happy were the ducks because they were free to roam the place. Had it walked in about 20mins. Playground is ok but it has signs up saying children are to be supervised but we were the only parents there and it full of kids....alot older than ours and no one to watch them. The "arcade" had only a few things working....it would accept money but then wouldn't work ....alot of the slot machines are jammed up with coins and don't work. One pool table was missing a ball and the other had pool cues with no tips. The arcade is also the only place with WiFi.....we had no WiFi in the chalet so wasn't ideal with young kids looking for there usual games on their tablets etc.
