The staff the location the quality of the stay was outstanding. Special thanks to the amazing Wassima and Hafsa from the kitchen and the wonderful hostesses Nihal,Chaimaa,Safaa,Romaisal,Khadija and Youssra. They took great care of my mother Souad and myself and gave us the best experience with superb attention to details and super kind and agreeable and polite . They went above and beyond .

All the staff were amazing, genuine and sincere and passionate in providing excellent customer care and service. The resort is amazing in presentation and ambience, very clean,tropical and beautiful. Very grand and big resort with plenty of options of activities and things to do during the day. Good choice of food and eatiries. A very special and BIG THANK YOU to Mr Othmane Rahmoune who deserves an ABCD [Above Beyond Call of Duty] award, he pulled out all the stops to make our stay memorable and feel so special and this made all the difference and influenced our positive feedback. Thank You Othmane.

Not much entertainment or things to do during the evening, however this could have possibly been to the time of our visit. Am sure in the busier season this would probably be catered for.

"Kids/teen clubs was fantastic"

We came for a family trip with our 3 children and had a lovely experience, the swimming pool was very entertaining and kids /teen clubs were especially fantastic, kept them busy and engaged, they did football, henna, face painting, Moroccan picnic, special thanks to Btissam, Noura and all the kids/teen club staff.

La piscine absolument immense. Le staff dans son ensemble, hyper sympa, aimable et serviable. La relative proximité du golf.

Le check-in avec des groupes, très long. 4 comptoirs pour plusieurs bus…. Le restaurant privatisé le soir et donc inaccessible, il restait le resto petit dej, sans charme aucun. Le bruit des conventions et groupes touristiques. L’énormité de l’hôtel, 350 chambres? Le Starbuck en self service dans un 5* La manière d’être un peu poussés dehors pour le check-out La distance de Tanger L’absence de shuttle pour l’aéroport
