Aaira Suites at 65 Bremner Blvd

There were several damages already done to the unit before my check in but yet they still insist you pay a $250 deposit as well the check in process was horrible I spent 30 minutes arguing with the desk people because the hotel didn’t give me proper check in instructions as well last but not least it’s been a whole 24 hours after my check out and I still haven’t recieved my deposit back when I was informed it would be issued upon check out and inspection!

Condo, good location, a little rough. Example - several light switches don't do anything, while two lamps have no switch. Example - vertical blinds missing slats.

連絡先になっている管理者はホテルの現地にはおらず、現地の担当者は決められた対応しかしない、という管理方法のようです。イレギュラーなことがあると横柄な態度で、ろくに対応しようとしません。今回、事前に連絡した際にユニット番号の伝達がなく、フロントでユニット番号を求められてから電話して聞きました。また、本来なら部屋は鍵が開いた状態で引き渡されるはずが鍵が閉まっており、電話で対応方法を聞いてその通りに実践しても鍵は開かず、近くの別の建物の部屋を用意するから歩いて移動しろ、と言われました。最終的には現場の担当者（フロントとは別の人物）が話を聞いて鍵を開けてくれました。コンドミニアムとはそういうものなのでしょうね。

Note that this is more of a vrbo, even though I booked on Hotels.com This building, 65 Bremner, has a multitude of flats owned by different owners, but managed by a central security staff. You have to go up to the 9th floor lobby (first few floors are supermarket, mall, and a proper hotel) and show paperwork to be allowed up to the units themselves. The owner seemed like a nice guy but our unit had a litany of safety and maintenance issues: - the sofabed was broken - window crank broken - lamp hanging by cord not secured to lamppost - linens and towels still wet in dryer washing machine - bit of carpet missing in corner of room, with exposed tack board - dining chair seatback broken - many other miscellaneous items like tattered comforter, missing blinds, punched-in drywall Service was good - he sent over his staff right away but she said "the dryer is bad and never does a good job drying, and we know about many of these issues". If these are known issues you need to fix them, and replace the dryer so that staff can do her job. The worst part was that my reservation was charged $200 for "Tax recovery charges and service fees". Not sure if it was the owner or hotels.com, or a combination, but pay attention to these hidden fees before you book!

Our flight was cancelled and we needed a quick room for the night. They accommodated us very last minute and we appreciated it so much! Thank you.

Great location, clean, parking was easy. Called 15 min before arrival and had no problem checking in. Great views of the city.

The condo is big, 2 good size bedroom, amazing view! Super close of everything downtown Toronto! Great Restaurent near by, Canada air Center, grocery and LCBO. Definitely I will be back!
