DLG Hotel Danang

Expect from location , the hotel is like a 3 star property no breakfast options same breakfast everyday and quality and standards are too low house keeping service and staff management needs to be improved . they even refused to give water bottles on the last day of check out stating that today is your checkout date we will not serve water in the room .Not recommended if going with family

Just came back from Hoi An and was surprised by the experience. The room was not cleaned properly even after informing the reception during the day. When we called again, the response was disappointing — we were told that cleaning was not possible and that their system showed the room had already been cleaned. Unfortunately, the actual room condition was different and still not clean. This was surprising and quite disappointing as basic room cleanliness is expected during the stay. Hope the management improves service responsiveness and housekeeping coordination for future guests.

Disaster experience. We came at 10:30 at night after our day tour to hoi an and to our dismay our room was not cleaned. We asked them to get it cleaned but they said it can't be done as it gets done before 10 am. We asked for water bottles yesterday they said only 2 bottles are free rest will be charged. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

location is absolutely great. but needs better service. beautiful view from the room.

beautiful views and lovely pools.had a sea view room on the 9th floor.housekeeping needs to be improved not a vacuum in a 2 week stay and 1 bed change definitely not a 5 star.we paid for a late checkout which cost about 30 pounds and moved to another room on the 2nd floor which had no safe.breakfast was not the best people picking food up and putting it back.no hot coffee brought my own tea bags.think for value for money possibly not great but staff made us so welcome.

Rooms and the service is very good. Very good breakfast having Indian options.

Location is convenient and amenities are well built. Rooms is spacious and cooling. Service is very good and prompt.
