The hotel is super luxury, got a room on the 43rd floor with an amazing view. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's right next to an upscale shopping mall with good dining options. Overall, super happy, would stay there again!

The property is in a good location. It’s close to major shopping centers.

The property didn’t find my bookings listing at all, which causes a lot of confusion at the counter. The front desk obviously basically charged me a higher room fee while they investigate. The room they assigned at the spot is on much lower floors than the one I booked and it wasn’t completely clean. Comparing to Shenzhen Conrad and other Conrad’s I stayed before, this is disappointing.
