Location is not good, especially not for children Animation team was nice but the program is dull and rare, there is nothing to do in the evening with children Beach is not clean and there is no sand, very dirty sunbeds and very bad umbrellas .. the water, however is super clean Too many stairs to the beach… it’s not stroller or wheelchair accessible, it was very hard for me and the baby Reception was not interested in our satisfaction, didn’t even try to make us feel welcome

The staff were really helpful—Joanna from the Residential Area Bar, in particular, went out of her way to sort out any problems we had during our stay.

The only downside was the stony, narrow beach with not enough sunbeds, but we actually liked having some natural shade in the morning.

Nice facilities with an exclusive pool area, fantastic restaurants and friendly staff. We travel with kids, and the hotel's kids' club offered daily activities for the little ones. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay, but didn't meet our expectations for a 5-star rated hotel. However, for dinner we had the option to use the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. The hotel was also empty, and we felt a bit lost.

We like our stay overall. The staff were very friendly. We stayed at the Residence, the house is spacious and modern. The indoor playroom was nice for younger kids. The Lemoni a la carte restaurant was nice.

The quality of food in the buffet restaurant can be beter. The toilets in the buffet restaurant are quite old, which should be upgraded in our view. The water cooker in our view gave very strange smell and taste when we used to make hot water. There should be a fence between the ground floor and upper floor as our toddler kept on trying to climb the stairs. The outdoor playground was small and old, which should be improved in our view.
