Breakfast excellent, proprietors very welcoming. Good location and parking excellent.

No en suite. I didn't realise this when booking so that was my fault.

Lovely couple running the Guest House, really accommodating. A clean house with a great Breakfast (continental and full English). Nothing too much trouble; even having room to freeze my ice packs for my Cool Box. I thought the ear-plug provision was a thoughtful touch (noisy seagulls). Location was perfect. Great seaside Town, with superb beach.

I should've checked but our room was not En Suite. Sadly gulls were very talkative!

Ian and Mo are a very nice couple and run the guest house like a family home. All questions are being answered and all wishes are fulfilled. We felt like staying with Mum and Dad 😉👍

The hosts were very welcoming and informative. The breakfast was lovely and they happily adapted it for my dietary needs. The room was comfy, particularly the bed. I would definitely visit again.
