The Otton Suite

The place was disgusting.No clean at all.electric wasn't working proper.the cooker wasn't working..No hot water from the tab.Shower wasn't working properly.Boiled or could.The sink from shower was stocked.after using shower u had 2o cm of water about and hour there..The furniture was in very bad condition also.some handles missing..I had to tune TV free channels by my own... signal was stopping.Definallelly not wort 90£ a night.The owners attitude was desgreesing.I wasn't complained,but while I wanted to sentence my stay in Dungannon I did booked another accommodation.This one.Otton Suite. For 345£ for 3 nights.The sane landlord.He .tould me to stay where I was on tham unspoiled conditions.or go to another aoartment...no this one I booked.Night mare.I did stay 1 more night in this bad aoarment worth 90£. Than left a next day..Asked for 2 nights higher price refund.Didnt happened at all

All experience was terrible.Rip off and money thiefing.I would not recommend to book KC apartments to anyone

I Booked to stay here last week. I was given directions to another unit in the worst part of Dungannon. as soon as I got in the suite smelled terrible and all the windows were open. There was Garbage left throughout the unit, Dirty towels (that smelled) left in the Dryer, Numerous fingerprints all over the walls, the hot water in the bathroom did not work. There was a moldy coffee capsule left in the instant coffee machine. I brought this to the owner's attention as soon as I arrived and let him know that this was not the unit I paid for sending him pictures and asking him what he thinks. he dodged my questions by stating that he'll have a cleaning women come to address the mess. I let him know that I was leaving due to the fact that I felt unsafe, did not agree with staying in an unsanitary suite I did not pay for. He took days to respond while I'm watching him read my messages the second I sent them. He gave me a partial refund and refused to pay the rest. Please DO NOT STAY IN ANY OF HIS PROPERTIES. You will be sent to a another you did not pay for. He has reviews on multiple sites by multiple people stating that he did the exact same thing to them. This was the worst experience I have ever had staying anywhere. Id give 0 stars as 1 is far too high. Save yourself the time and money and book elsewhere.

Firstly, I did not get the property that I booked. I was never told that the booked property was unavailable and was sent a link to where I was staying the night before I was due to arrive. The owner of the property should have told me that the booked property was in a as long term let and not available. As a solo woman traveler this made be deeply uncomfortable. I went and stayed in the property that I had been sent. It was run down from the c outside. The inside was ok but the bathroom was dirty. You couldn’t stand up in the shower and had to bend down to wash your hair. Several times at night someone knocked on the door to my apartment and turned the handle to try and enter the property. This experience has turned me off letting apartments.

Very well equipped and comfortable.

We were upgraded to the McGlenn apartment and it was very spacious and clean. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Clean and friendly and helpful staff would recommend this property to anyone
