The unit is very comfy and staff accommodating.

After my almost 1 day of travel from U.S.A, my husband picked me up from the airport and went straight here. Our 2 days and 3 nights stay here was very comfortable. We enjoyed the ambiance of the room, very good security, very clean restroom,very comfortable bed, complete cookware, breathtaking view at night and perfect location specially for couples. We enjoyed our stay here so much and very memorable because we got to celebrate our 2nd Wedding Anniversary at Grand Canal, which is just walking distance . Very recommendable place to stay!

It was a clean and wide apartment. It's within walking distance (20-30 min). from the Manila Historical Center We were there only one night and we didn't need much but it seemed well-equipped. We appreciated the shower after 3 weeks in various hotels in 6 destinations throughout the Philippines with low-pressure water.

The check-in process could be smoother. You need a phone or at least internet which might be a tricky moment if you just arrive in the Philippines.
