Beautiful spot facing the river. Cold AC, fast WiFi, very friendly staff, same day laundry & cooks and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on site. Book your tours through Areca, too. I couldn’t ask for more for a stop in Phong Nha. It is an easy 20-30 minute walk to more amenities and shops in the more “downtown” area, but it’s a lot quieter and peaceful during the day and night at Areca.

Estaba bien situado y nos facilitaron el alquiler de una moto. El baño estaba bien.

La cama era incomodisima daba dolor de espalda. Teníamos el desayuno incluido pero el segundo día dejábamos el alojamiento muy pronto y preguntamos si podían prepararnos algo para llevar y nos dijeron que sí que nos iban a dar fruta o algo pero cuando llegó el momento no hubo nada.

I had a wonderful stay at Areca Bungalow in Phong Nha for 3 nights. The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing after days of exploring the caves and countryside. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. The location is great, quiet and easy to get around. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and arrangements.

Yen and her sister were so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond with any questions/needs I had. The Bungalows were walking distance to everything you would need. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Sehr gastfreundlich. Yen war überaus umsorgend und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich bestens um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Uns lecker bekocht und uns eine tolle Tour gebucht. Sie hat gut Englisch gesprochen, das war auch sehr hilfreich.

Das Badezimmer war nicht sonderlich toll weil der Abfluss der Dusche nicht bei der Dusche war sondern am anderen Ende des Raumes. Es war also immer alles komplet unter Wasser.
