- communcation with the host (fast respond, helpful) - size of the apartament - localization (2 minutes from the main beach), around many restaurants but hidden so it was quiet - large terrace with a shower (very helpful when you get back from the beach) - change of sheets, towels etc. every 3 days - amazing view on a mountains and a village - you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves even when we had the room on the opposite side of the builidng

- aunts in the kitchen when you don't hide the food on time - I thought the terrace is on the roof but it's on the first floor so there is not that much privacy as the guests form the upper floor can see you
