Convenient for Tower, clean, great staff, great breakfast & really good value for money. Room small, as expected but plenty of storage, good shower, hot water, really great value.

"Good location for Winter Gardens"

The location is very close to Winter Gardens, so it was perfect for us. Very old accomodation, not very comfortable, small room, but quite clean.

"Very friendly staff..."

The staff was amazing very friendly. The breakfast was lovely, kind surprise. The WiFi was very good. Definitely is a place to go back.

"Disappointing"

Broken window in bathroom, no heating, so extremely cold Bedroom clean G tidy with facilities, but also on the chilly side, slept with winter coat on the bed. Access in and out good, staff friendly, breakfast area, well stocked, clean and staff attentive.
