Sunnyside Bed & Breakfast

We spent three nights here in April 2021 during a road trip through the deep south. The town was in the process of slowly waking up after the pandemic. This B&B is a spectacular find! Such a gracious host, such wonderful breakfasts (none of that motel self service garbage). And then there is the cocktail hour.

Colleen was such a gracious host. The breakfast was amazing! Nice bed. Accommodations were great. Bathrooms left a bit to be desired. I love antiques so very fascinated. Loved the history and stories Colleen told us about.

Colleen and Eileen are wonderful. Fresh home cooked breakfast every morning, nothing frozen. All of the rooms are decorated with beautiful antiques. You will not be bored. "Big" the German Shepherd is the sweetest dog. He loves attention. The ladies will talk to you for as long as you want and tell you about the history of the home. We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Sunnyside! The house is just stunning and our room was beautiful with a big comfy bed. Collen is a true southern hostess! She prepared a delicous breakfast daily worthy of 5 stars!!! The charming Library is the focal point of the home. You can listen to the Grand piano, read a book and relax. Such a fabulous find! We will return soon!

My wife and I stayed at Sunnyside to try something other than the standard motel/hotel. It's safe to say that there is no other place to stay in Natchez. Ms. Colleen is a delight and her dog Big is a teddy bear. The Bed & Breakfast has a wonderful personality and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. We stayed in Fleur and our bed was very comfortable (I couldn't stop talking about how fresh they smelled). Colleen made the most wonderful breakfasts for us, chicken and waffles one day, quiche the next. Both were probably our favorite meals of the trip. Colleen is an exemplary hostess. We plan on going back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Sunnyside. The property is absolutely beautiful. It was very nice being close to everything but coming back “home” to a quiet and peaceful house. We stayed in the Fleur room and loved the decor and cozy sheets. Our host was gracious, kind and an awesome cook! Cannot wait to return!
