double Extra money for an extra bed already fixed at 3 lakh VND. later asking double to 6 lakh VND. No English speaking at the entire hotel. Very rude response on Requests. no early checkin inspite of avilable rooms. very bad room allotted. online pics and actual hotel varys a lot. other guests also fighting for extra payment demand for not having breakfast.

Kände oss lurade, zoomar man in på bilderna så inser man hur dåligt skick allt är i. Toaletten luktade mögel och poolen vågade vi inte ens bada i. Saker va trasiga och ihoptejpad. Är som att ingen tagit hand om något de senaste åren. För nästan samma pengar fick vi ett otroligt mycket bättre boende sista veckan vi va där. Hade det kostat hälften så mycket hade jag inte känt mig så lurad

Slitet med trasiga möbler i alla fyra rummen. En frukost med gott om flugor på hela buffén.
