"safe and practical place to short stay before/after the flight"

it’s very practical (super near to T3) and comfortable place to sleep and rest safely if you have an early morning flight, you’re not living in Jakarta, and you don’t want to missed your flight.

woman shower room has 3 shower, but 1 is not functioning at that time, and the queue for shower room is kinda long in the morning

Access to the facility was easy but signage to find the location in the airport was lacking. The unit was well-appointed and access to the unit on the ground floor was acceptable.

The bathroom facilities were too far from the unit. The luggage locker was not big enough for my medium sized suitcase.

"Staying in a capsule hotel sounds cooler than it is."

The fan and the multiple plugs

That the capsules weren't noise proof so you heard everyone coming and going during the night and the video they last in the next capsule started watching at 3 in the morning. Also having to walk into the airport in your pjs to pee in the middle of the night wasn't pleasant. For the price of two capsules we could have gotten a hotel room.
