Practical & Economic for single traveller and a transit person .

Toilet & WC is sharing so HK needed to clear up dustbin time to time

Location, friendly staff, unique concepts - capsules are great for rest during traveling.

Toilets with shower needs improvement and better maintenance. Locker was broken, but after reporting was repaired.

I like the location for this accommodation as it is really inside of the airport so, I did not have to worry to travel again to reach the check in area for my flight. It also has bathrooms separately from the rooms or capsules. They also kindly stored my luggage which helped me a lot not to worry about it.

Honestly, apart from the location, the bed itself or the narrowed bed or capsule itself was not quite comfy for me. I was not quite freely to sleep well inside and minimum information given made me have to ask a couple of times regarding opening my capsule, etc.

The pods themselves are clean and comfy. I sleep with ear plugs so noise and people going in and out did not bother me. You get a locker which fits everything (I had a 40L and 21L backpack) and they provide towels and slippers. It’s very convenient spot in the airport.

It was a little hard to find at first. Really pay attention to the signs. You have to go out of customs towards airport hotels up two flights of escalators, across to the opposite side, where you would walk in for departures then go down one escalator on that side (just follow the signs :) ). Also the bathroom situation was pretty awful. It was a full constructions zone, and generally not cleaned often or well. If they were at least cleaned more frequently the stay would be much better. Given the pods are so comfy and improvement to the shower/bathroom situation would be great!
