Villa Omega

The location was perfect. The view of the water from the balcony was beautiful. The water was clear, warm, and great for young ones to play in. The property was perfect and the owner Nick and his dad were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved that this property was right on Ligaria Beach. We stayed here instead of staying in Heraklion, and that was a great decision. Beautiful cove. Dining options, quiet. The place was spacious with a nice balcony on the water. Would stay again.

The villa and beachfront is great. However, we kept running into electricity and water issues.

We had read a review which said property was isolated and you had to buy groceries in Heraclio before getting there. We did not mind since we rented a car at the airport. Purchased our groceries and the drive about 25 minutes to villa omega. It was outstanding George who greeted us was friendly and end very pleasant. The apartment had the most amazing view of the beach the bay and the sunset. We could not have been happier. The apartment was very comfortable and lovely. Restaurants right outside beachside. A mini market 2 minutes away with anything you might need, we loved our stay. The only problem we had was that it was so comfortable and lovely that we didn’t do nearly as much sightseeing as we wanted to in Crete. Staying in our place was heaven so why leave?

While we knew when we booked that it was off season, we didn't fully understand what off season means for Ligaria Beach, or the small surrounding beach towns. If you need groceries, stock up before heading out of Heraklion. I have to admit that although we felt quite isolated the first night we arrived, after heading out to the Heraklion and other areas, we looked forward to the quietness of the villa at the day's end. The owner and his son, Nikos, could not have been more hospitable. They were happy to answer any questions we had, and even tried to find a store for us the night we arrived. We highly recommend!
