Very freshly decorated - a lot of attention to detail. Room modest size but had everything we needed.lovely selection of biscuits and goodies. Bathroom small but very clean and well thought out - nice Arran toiletries. Breakfast freshly cooked and exactly what we asked for plus good selection of fruit juice, fruit and yoghurt and homemade pancakes and jams etc

Extract fan is somewhat noisy

Great location and very helpful owner. And an outstanding breakfast.

It would have been appreciated to have the option of GF bread to try the wonderful selection of jams and marmalade. Ideally also to have cycle storage under cover but not a big issue.

Well run family business. Kirsty was an outstanding and attentive host throughout our stay! The home was clean and comfortable, a beautiful rural location, quiet and serene with a stream running next to the property. Excellent breakfast with choices available if you're not into the full Scottish breakfast. And an added bonus - the Highland cows were in the pasture across the street day we left!

We just loved this bed and breakfast in a beautiful countryside location. Beds were super comfortable, food was amazing and the host was just lovely. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again. We wish we could have stayed more days. Our favourite accommodation of our entire 10 days in Scotland.
