La ubicación estaba excelente, no se es escuchaba tanto ruido a pesar de estar en una zona concurrida. El personal muy amable.

Podría haber estado más limpio, el piso estaba sucio y las regaderas estaban no tan limpias en los bordes.

El apartamento da a la calle y el ruido por la noche impide dormir por el mal aislamiento de las ventanas.

"Siviglia a portata di mano!"

La posizione assolutamente centrale della struttura consente di raggiungere agevolmente a piedi (entro 15-20 minuti) tutti i maggiori punti di interesse della città; ad esempio, Setas si vede direttamente dalla struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento n.2 e, direttamente dall'ampia finestra dell'appartamento, abbiamo potuto assistere comodamente e da posizione privilegiata a molte delle tradizionali processioni che caratterizzano la Settimana Santa. Nelle vicinanze, entro i 10 minuti a piedi, si trovano diversi negozi alimentari (Dia, Carrefour, ...), tra cui quello in C.Alfalfa n.3 è risultato per noi il più fornito. L'appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, macchina del caffè a capsule, già fornite, bollitore, tostapane, ...) e gli ambienti confortevoli e adeguati ad una vacanza di 5 giorni per 2 adulti e due bambini. La struttura è dotata di doppia ascensore e di una terrazza (e piccola palestra) all'ultimo piano dalla quale si può ammirare una vista molto bella su gran parte della città. Le foto della struttura disponibili sul sito corrispondono al vero.

Il divano letto era abbastanza scomodo e particolarmente rumoroso, ma si trattava pur sempre di un divano letto. Il soggiorno ha coinciso con la Settimana Santa; pertanto, si avvertivano, in particolare dalla sala (sprovvista di tapparelle ma dotata solo di tende oscuranti), i rumori dalla strada fino a tarda notte soprattutto dei veicoli per la pulizia stradale e la raccolta dell'immondizia.
