Courtyard by Marriott Jonesboro

The property itself was really good. The hotel room was clean. The only negative we were out of body soap in the dispenser shower and had to use bar soap instead. The check in lady was not friendly at all. Honestly took her time to wait on us and seemed we were an in conconvience to her since she had to actually speak to us and check us in. I will say the cleaning stay upon departure the next morning was friendly as well as the lady who waited on us at checkout. My advice is to make sure you have friendlier staff to check in guests because this is the first thing we saw upon arrival. We would have not stayed there if our reservation was not already made. It is the first impression we had of your hotel and unfortunately one we will keep. We will probably not stay here again because of her.

Due to a water main break we had to move to another hotel. They stuck us in a hotel on the other side of town. Very inconvenient and did not offer a refund or comp for the troubles.

Quiet and clean

Bed was a little uncomfortable for our liking. I don’t think king bed was actually a king. My husband is 6’3 and feet hung off the bed. Mattress was too firm

Location was easy to find, restaurants near by. Recommend Demo’s BBQ. Hotel Staff was very friendly. Room was nice & clean. Whole vibe when entering lobby was welcoming. Outside lights was well lit. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious. Front Desk person Crystal and Ms. Veronique @ the Bistro were very friendly and gave awesome customer service. Thanks Ladies!

There was a “vacuum cleaner bag” smell in the elevator and hallway to the room. Suggest an air freshener of some kind to change that. Not a deal breaker though. Would still stay there.
