"I would like to be refunded for one night."

You could have charged me once for the same night I had booked the room online. The desk clerk did not find my reservation so I had to book it again. When I got my credit card statement I was charged twice.

"Just okay, I would not refer this hotel though"

Location was nice. Close to my family

I wanted to place an order for food. It was about 9:40pm, I was told they were shutting down the kitchen. The kitchen is supposed to be open from 5-10pm

"Not the best"

Bed was like a rock i barely slept the first night and took meds to sleep the second night. Bath is a bit shallow but hot water. Looks a bit worn down in some places and offers no pool. Has good amount of parking and friendly staff. Towels are kind of rough and they close their bar and food areas early. Not the worst hotel or the best.
