I had an allergic reaction to something in the hotel, it could have been the detergent, but I don't know. It was a minor medical emergency (that could have turned into something more serious) and the staff did nothing to assist me beyond telling me that I could walk to publix at night along a busy street to get some medication. As a woman staying alone and dealing with the situation, the "I'm sorry you are having a reaction" was an inadequate and unacceptable response.
