Kilburn Holiday Cottage

Very comfortable when travelling as a group of friends. Great location and plenty of room for 4 friends sharing

No toiletries (soap etc). Not a big issue as we came prepared but for a house with x3 bathrooms would've expected soap/hand-wash.

Cottage was very spacious especially for there being 7 of us, Cottage had everything we needed and more right down to extra towels, Cottage made us feel right at home,

We loved our stay at Kilburn Holiday Cottage

Spacious and comfortable. Quiet location. Had all the amenities needed for our group of 8. Comfortable beds and clean kitchen and bathrooms.

Some wear and tear issues that didnt affect our stay. The garden has a glass greenhouse and some uneven steps. Not ideal for young kids or people with mobility issues. Dishwasher would have been convenient and welcomed.

The size of the property and location

Not enough hand towels for the 8 of us, only 3 hand towels in each bathroom/w/c. No dish cloth only a sponge also no hand towel only a tea towel in the kitchen. A few parts of the property needed a repair i.e dents behind the door where door stoppers were not originally used. The kitchen had pieces of plastic coming away from the boards on the floor. Some rooms only had light roller blinds which weren't enough to keep the light out.
