Tv wasn’t working Cleaning could have been better like the toilet bowl could be wiped

The Pool was always clean! The staff is super friendly. Very good internet and very delicious and not expensive, good quality food cafe on the roof, like really Goooooood!!! Also the working space on the roof was perfect! I would come back here, if I need to stay in Canggu.

Breakfast has like 9 options with egg ( Toast with egg, omllette, scrambled egg, boiled egg… etc.)

I stayed on the upper floor, nice view on pool, garden and rice fields. The big pool is really nice for a swim. The garden is beautiful. They have convenient facilities: on the top floor is a restaurant and a co-working space. Very nice, but very expensive!

The bathroom needs some renovation. Wifi connection is not strong enough, so I had to buy an extra connection in the co-working space on the top floor. Very expensive for Bali standards. There are 2 fridges in the common kitchen for 30 rooms. Needless to say there is not enough place. I put something in the fridge in the morning and in the afternoon it had been stolen. Would be good to have an individual small fridge in the room. I asked the reception if I could leave my luggage in a deposit area. But on the morning of my departure, a rude receptionist questioned my integrity, told me that my bags would be left in the lobby out in the open without security and at an extra cost. Everything in this facility has an extra cost. The restaurant staff on the top floor is not so kind, like I’m used to it everywhere else in Bali. I also feel that everything is money driven here. Sad mindset change!

Lovely place in Ubud. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent Wi-Fi. The swimming pool and garden are great. Very quiet at nighttime. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is easily accessible with a scooter.
