Piękny widok na morze i Wezuwiusza, taras, miły i pomocny gospodarz oraz bardzo przyjazny pies gospodarzy. Bardzo cicha okolica. Urokliwa mała wioska. Doskonała chociaż dosyć droga restauracja w okolicy. Lokalne produkty w najbliższym sklepie.

Czystość naczyń/patelni w kuchni. Brak pralki. Dojazd ekstremalnie wąskimi uliczkami do mieszkania. Dziwny sposób podzielenia przestrzeni w mieszkaniu za pomocą kotar.

Luogo magico, immerso nella natura, con vista mozzafiato su golfo e Vesuvio. Personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

The view gets a rating of 12 and the courtyard with the pool was very nice, it exceeded my expectations.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful holiday at this beautiful spot—it truly feels like stepping out of the modern world and into a peaceful, timeless escape. The views are breathtaking, the garden is gorgeous, and the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and deeply relaxing. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the Italian breakfast was absolutely delicious—homemade and heartwarming. We had seen a few reviews mention the narrow, steep road to reach the place, and we’ll admit—we brushed them off, thinking “They’re probably just not used to a bit of rural charm.” Well… fair enough. The road is indeed narrow, steep, and slightly scary at first! But with a little help from our wonderful host, we soon realised it’s totally manageable—and a small price to pay for those incredible views. That said, if you’re not a confident driver, you can always park a bit further down the road and walk from there. Another big plus for us was a fantastic restaurant just five five-minute walk away—great food, same stunning views, and zero effort involved. After a day of sightseeing, it was pure luxury to return to the apartment, freshen up, stroll down for dinner, and enjoy a glass of wine (or 2) without a care. As for the cleaning, it’s not spotless, but honestly, that’s part of the rustic charm. If you value character, calm, and soul-soothing beauty, you’ll love it here. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our return.

The view is breath taking, Lino and his family are so welcoming. Lino made pizza on our first night, the best pizza I have ever eaten! Beautiful breakfast, eggs, bread coffee and cakes. A little supermarket just a walk around the corner, the owner so friendly. Perfect base for almafi coast, sorrento and pompei

The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of Mount Vesuvius. We loved the pool and how quiet the area was. The room we had was quite spacious as well! Lino and Maria was super kind to us; they picked us up from the train station upon arrival and drove us to the ferry a few times. They definitely went above and beyond. The night before leaving, my partner lost his backpack with our valuables and Lino drove us around the town to find it, doing everything in his power to make sure we got it back. We will never forget the kindness he extended us in this stressful situation. Thank you so much for everything. There are a few restaurants in the town but we specifically loved Dal Patriarcha, the food and decor was 10/10.

The location is beautiful but harder to access without a car. Public transportation is fine but takes awhile to get around and you’ll need to educate yourself on the bus schedule and plan ahead. Taxis are expensive.

Lino is very welcoming and helpful. His place is pretty amazing, first the view is just incredible. We had the flat on the first floor of the main house, a big living room with two sofa-beds for us and our two kids, a well equipped kitchen and a small bathroom, more than enough for us, the only thing missing was a washing machine. But the nicest thing about this BnB is the garden, the small pool was paradise, the view, the calm. We really enjoyed staying there. Plus it’s a very nice location for visiting the Sorrento Peninsula,less than 30 minutes from the BnB to the main parking in Sorrento center.

Of course the road to the BnB is challenging if you’re not used to tight and steep roads but it is totally doable. Just don’t bring a massive SUV.

Lino, the owner, is a very friendly host. He was always answering our questions via whatsapp or phone and making sure we were comfortable. The place is very comfortable and great for children, as it offers a garden and a pool with a wonderful view to the vesuvius. Also, is amazing to have breakfast at the terrace from the appartment, looking at the vesuvius. The room has a lot of space. We cancel the auto we rented last minute, so Lino offered when he could to take us or pick us up in the near bus station. There is one bus station 5 minutes walking from the appartment.

The buses are frequently late, so the connections to get somewhere are not always easy, especially if you have children. Renting an auto is not a must, but recommended.

No breakfast offered. Beautiful view of bay. Spacious and clean.

Very disappointing for the price paid. 350 euros per night. No hair dryer provided. Minuscule shower barely big enough for one person. Hot water was hit and miss throughout our stay. Villa was not as advertised on web site with photo of pool surrounded by wood decking. Asked owner about this and was told “ that is a different villa”. When asked if that villa was available, no response. Never met owner Lino. His wife was sent to give us keys. No check out instructions. Parking is on small street in front. Have to reverse uphill to turn around in neighboring driveway.
